When you think of Event Planning, what is the first thing that comes to mind? For most people, they think of wedding planning. Let's broaden this perception because event planning is so much more than that!

From inception to the full fruition of the event, Palmer Events is there to take care of all the details... even the ones that not everyone can see. Just as a Master Gardener has to plan ahead for success, so does the event planner.

Hi, I am Dana Palmer, the Master of Event Planning. Being able to see the end from the beginning is my specialty. Also, charting a logical path through the maze of intriciacies is second nature to me. The best part is that event planning is my ultimate pleasure in life. There is little I enjoy more than taking an idea from a seedling to it's full potential. There is magic in the growing process and delight in the finished project.

When Palmer Events handles an event, I will see to every detail before, during and after the big day. I will work with you very closely to ensure that your expectations are not only met, but exceeded. I will be there every step of the way, from the early planning stages to the actual event and I will be there to handle post-event follow-up as well.

For instance, while you’re concentrating on the content of the annual conference, I am taking care of all the physical planning. Palmer Events handles the venue, A/V, menus and snacks. Number of meeting rooms, table and chair setups, the WiFi is all coordinated. Details right down to the color of the dry erase markers!

Entertainment? That is easy. Palmer Events will make those arrangements as well. Whatever the theme, every specific aspect will be taken care of to ensure that the ambiance is perfect and the entertainment is just right. I have even been known to write a custom murder mystery game to fit the occasion.

Pre-registration, name tags, registration tables, gift bags, corporate giveaways, signage, flight reservations, transportation, awards can all be taken off your plate letting you relax and actually enjoy the affair.
